By accessing or using the DEX Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

DEX is a subscription-based OTT streaming platform providing live television channels and Video-on-Demand content. DEX acts as a technology and distribution intermediary.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Users are responsible for activities under their accounts.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions may be monthly or annual and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed via Apple or Google, where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not redistribute content, bypass DRM protections, share login credentials, reverse engineer the application, or use the platform unlawfully.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software and branding belong to Digital Exodus Limited. Channel content belongs to respective owners. Users receive a limited viewing license only.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DEX provides services on an ‘as available’ basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid within the previous three months.

7. Termination

DEX may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Dhaka.
