DEX provides digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited.

1. Apple App Store Purchases

Refunds for Apple purchases must be requested directly from Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

2. Google Play Purchases

Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play according to Google’s refund policies.

3. Direct Web Payments (if applicable)

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment or billing error if requested within 7 days of the charge.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for partial usage, dissatisfaction with content, internet connectivity issues, or failure to cancel before renewal.
